Bật trước lò nướng ở 190 độ C. Thịt bò xay bạn tẩm ướp gia vị cho vừa miệng, sau đó trộn cùng sốt cà chua. Các loại phô mai trộn đều với nhau. Dùng ly thủy tinh ấn mạnh lên lá hoành thánh để tạo nếp, lót các lá hoành thánh vào khay cupcake tạo thành hình phễu.
Cho hỗn hợp thịt bò vào 1/3 khuôn, phân phối đều từng khuôn. Lót thêm một lá hoành thánh nữa lên mặt thịt bò. Tiếp tục cho nhân thịt bò vào khuôn. Sau đó rắc phô mai đều khắp các mặt bánh, cho bánh vào lò nướng trong 18-20 phút
